A specific customer service center supports each member. We do this to ensure personalized service for every member. You can contact us in a couple of ways:

Check the back of your membership card for your specific customer service phone number.


 

Use My Health Toolkit®.

Log into My Health Toolkit® and select the envelope icon at the top of the page to access the message center.

Next, select Ask Customer Service at the top of the page.

From here, you can send a secure message directly to someone familiar with your benefits.
